SpeedFan
SpeedFan promises the ability to measure the temperature of the motherboard and hard drive. According to the information the application will read the temperature of the motherboard and the hard disk,read voltages and fan speeds and electrical monitor the status of hard drives.
SpeedFan also includes the ability adjust the fan speed. Depending on requirements,it can be used to make the notebook quieter fan or work in order to boost the heat faster exit.
SpeedFan running on the operating system Windows 9x,ME,NT,2000,2003,XP and Vista (including Vista 64bit). Has not indicated its support for Windows 7.
